Resident Centered Care
 
The Long-Term Care and Subacute
services available at Foothill Acres Rehabilitation &
Nursing Center are designed and selected to enhance the quality
of life for all of our residents.
Long Term Care
Our Long-Term Care section is divided amongst our two spacious
buildings, affording an optimum setting for a homelike environment,
and individualized care. Residents are encouraged to bring
their personal posessions - rocking chairs, favorite dresser,
art work, etc. to create a homelike atmosphere. We offer specialized
care for residents who suffer from Alzheimer's and other forms
of dementia.
SubAcute Care
Our Subacute program,
headed by our staff Physiatrist, provides expert rehabilitative
therapy, with on-site Physical, Occupational, Speech and Activity
Therapy. Our goal is to assist residents in reclaiming their
physical functioning to the highest degree and foster independence
for a swift return to the community.
